[Content Patcher] context not updated after creating a new save

When you start a new save, conditional patches aren't applied because the context doesn't get updated.

This doesn't seem to happen with the upcoming version for SMAPI 2.6 and Stardew Valley 1.3; should reopen if it still happens then.
