Let players lookup water to see fishing/crabpot data (e.g. which fish can spawn, percentage chance, etc).

Just submitted a work-in-progress PR for this: #1033. Aside from the fish spawning data, what other fields could we show here ?

Closed as duplicate of #82.

Reopened. #82 lets you lookup a fish to see its spawn rules, but it's still useful to look up a body of water to see which fish may spawn there.
