[Content Patcher] Include with multiple FromFile not working

ParadigmNomad reports that Include patches with multiple FromFile values aren't working in the latest CP/SMAPI/SDV versions, but EditImage patches with multiple FromFile values do work.

Fixed in the upcoming Content Patcher 1.19.3.
