The Channel token needed by CustomTV cannot be added. The log cites the cause as a method being missing from the PlatoTK, namely Content.IInjectionHelper.InjectLoad. No Custom TV channels can be established, not even from the unaltered CustomTVTemplate, making the Custom TV mod non-functional.
