Installer does not delete bundled mods correctly

At https://github.com/Pathoschild/SMAPI/blob/develop/src/StardewModdingAPI.Installer/InteractiveInstaller.cs#L595 it does not use the correct method for deleting bundled mods, this can crash the installer.

Fixed in develop for the next SMAPI release.
