InputEvents.ButtonPressed - Mouseover Tile location isn't affected by player movement

Keeping the mouse still while moving the player around with WASD will not cause changes to e.Cursor.Tile or e.Cursor.GrabTile. These values are changed exclusively by mouse movement.

Fixed in develop for the upcoming SMAPI 2.6-beta.17.
