Add asset propagation for dialogue

If dialogue is modified after the day starts, NPCs may not reflect the changes.
Repro steps
- Install the sample Content Patcher pack.
- Day one + two are always sunny. Skip to 9am and talk to Lewis in his house, and he'll say it's sunny.
- Day three is always raining. Skip to 9am and talk to Lewis, and he'll incorrectly say it's sunny.
After reloading the save, Lewis will correctly say that it's rainy. However he'll still say it's rainy on the next sunny day, unless you reload.
