When playing in non-English, exiting to title and reloading the save causes bundle names to be mistranslated.

Repro steps

1. Set the game language to non-English.
2. Load a save which has bundles, and confirm the bundle names are translated correctly (see below).
3. Exit to title.
4. Load the same save.

Expected result: The bundle names in the community center are correctly translated:

Actual result: the bundle name is replaced with a number:
