Sometimes I have to reload the UI when I login to get these to show up fully. This doesn't happen all the time, but most often whenever I login "cold" to the game

Hi, I'd just like to add that I'm having this issue as well. I play on a Surface Book and downscale WS to 1600x1200 resolution to help with FPS. I have same issue of only being able to see the first 3 pins.

Are you getting any errors? All of the pins show up for me.

There are no errors showing up for it as far as I can tell. Most likely because it is loading (even if partially getting the information) and so not properly crashing out and giving an error.

What is the addon name that I would need to keep an eye on, just so I know?

the name of the addon is CandyUI_InterfaceMenu. It works for me but I'll check it out and see if I can find a solution. Thanks!

I've been looking and I can't seem to be able to recreate the problem. Do you have long loading times? That may be whats doing it, but I'm not sure.

I'm not the one that started this, but I get this pretty much every time i log in a character. I'd say maybe 10% of the time, all the buttons load. The rest of the time I get anywhere from 2 to 7, and it's random which ones are missing (tho the account inventory one seems to always be there). In about 99% of cases, a /reloadui fixes it.

Hmmmm. I just can't imagine what would cause this to happen. I'm going to have to do some serious testing, especially because I don't get this problem. Mae do you have a fast computer? Does WS take a minute or two or longer to load? That's really the only thing I can think of that would be doing it.

I like to think my computer is pretty fast, but it is AMD. It's less than a year old tho, and runs the game on high graphics fine. It doesn't feel like it takes a particularly long time to load, but i don't have anything to compare it to.

When can we expect the next update to come? Alot of issues were closed but I haven't seen an update with the fixes.

I added a slash command "/redrawbuttonlist" to the addon that will update the pinned buttons. If some of them aren't showing again, type in the command and see if that fixes it. Let me know if that does it. Thanks!
