Add option to the options screen that allows the user to select a top-to-bottom (default) or bottom-to-top ordering for the loot rolls.

If bottom-to-top, move anchor to top of the anchor bar, and reverse swap the top offset with the negative bottom offset, and the bottom offset with the negative top offset.
