Find the wot_temp folder using file explorer.
It should be C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\wot_temp
delete this file : shared_contents_build.pkg
Restart Tank Exporter. It will rebuild all the data it needs.
If Tank Exporter still fails to load.. let me know, OK?

Good to hear!
There is a item under the File menu to delete the data is wot_temp.. TE will restart and refresh its data.
You should do this anytime the tank data changes.. IE.. They add one or change its actually model.
Changes to load times and such do not affect the models so there is no need to update the data.
