Addon requires "Load out of date AddOns"

Additional context
When Blizzard releases a new expansion (i.e. a new "## Interface:" version), there is only one global switch, "Load out of date AddOns" which can be dangerous if not all of the installed addons are actually compatible. I much prefer to not blindly enable it but rather wait for addon authors to release a new version even if it is just a "## Interface:" change.
