One version of Accountant on all flavors of World of Warcraft

There was an old addon of the same name but it doesn't come close to working on recent versions of WoW

Additional context
This appears to be the most up to date addon of this type and I'd like to see it supported across all versions of WoW

For starters, I have attached a .zip file with updates to 11.0.2 (sorry, should have started with 11.0.3) which runs on Cataclysm Classic and Classic Era.

Note that there are many changes to fix global leakage in addition to the changes needed to port the addon.

I'm sure that these aren't the only changes required, but I hope they provide a foundation for the effort.
