I have a few toys on my bars and they may or may not save, it seems to be about 50/50. I can't tie it to any specific error or toy, it's very inconsistent.

I've been trying to pay closer attention to the issue so I can give you more info (sorry my initial report was so vague.) It seems most prevalent on a new profile, on a new class. When I copy that first profile of that new class on to another character, the toys get shuffled, becoming other items, or don't load at all.

Once I save that profile on a second character, with the toys in the spots they should be, it works.
