Should not have to reload when Updating button count in Options UI

Story: As a player, I want to update the count (rows, cols) without have to reload World of Warcraft.

Details

  1. Open Options UI with /abp console command
  2. Change number of rows, or columns.
    • Desired Result: ActionbarPlus buttons will render without having to reload

Include new option for render direction:

  • left to right
  • top to bottom
