Support for macros with castsequence

Store: As a player, I would like to ActionbarPlus to reflect the current spell name and icon for macros
Details
- If a macro has castsequence, it should display the current spell and icon in actionbar item
- Else, tooltip will display by default
Note
- Macros with conditional key modifiers (shift, ctrl, alt, etc) are still not supported due to WoW API Event limitations.
