Mount type data is not being cleared on empty buttons

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Drag a mount to an action slot
- Remove mount from the action slot
- Reload UI
- Result: Mount is still on the previous action slot
Expected behavior
The previous action slot should have been an empty action slot
