Mount Icon not updating when mounting/dismounting

Describe the bug
When the player successfully casts a mount, the mount icon should indicate an active state

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Cast or click a mount type spell
  2. The player successfully mounts
  3. Error: The mount icon is not updated
