Bug: Actionbar positions reset after refreshing in combat

Describe the bug
After a refresh during a combat lockdown, the actionbars positions reset to default locations.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go in combat
  2. While in combat, refresh world of warcraft by executing /reload on the console
  3. Bug: The actionbarplus actionbars are now placed on the top-left

Expected behavior
The ActionbarPlus actionbars should be in their saved locations.
