Story

As a World of Warcraft player, I would like to use M6 addon macros with ActionbarPlus
so that I can kick ass while playing.

Details

• There was a brief update to support M6 macro icons not displaying in #256. We need to make updates so that M6 is fully functional in ABP action slots.
• M6 Addon: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/m6x

The following should be implemented

• Use M6 macro names instead of the Blizzard Macro Names (i.e. 'Renew" instead of _M6+s01).
• M6 macro names are up-to-date. This might be a little tough since M6 uses blizzard actionbar events.
