Describe the bug
Update macro state for macros with items including cooldown, item count, and/or charge count.

Example Macros To Reproduce

/cast [mod:alt] Potion of Speed; [mod:ctrl] Crimson Vorquin; Conjured Mana Bun

/cast [mod:ctlshift] Ice Barrier; [mod:alt] Mana Emerald; [mod:ctrl] Conjure Water; Blizzard

Expected behavior

• When alt is pressed, the item icon shows (correct), but item or charge count needs to be displayed.
• When alt + click and the Potion of Speed is consumed, the GCD should render and item or charge count updated.
