Describe the bug
The macro icons should be updated for macros with dynamic content like modifier keys.

Example Macro To Reproduce

/cast [mod:alt] Potion of Speed; [mod:ctrl] Crimson Vorquin; Conjured Mana Bun

Expected behavior

• Pressing alt should change macro icon to Potion of Speed; releasing ctrl should render Conjured Mana Bun
• Pressing ctrl should change macro icon to Crimson Vorquin; releasing ctrl should render Conjured Mana Bun
