Bug: Leatherworking Skills No longer work in Dragon Isles

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open Spell Book (shortcut: p), navigate to professions tab
- Drag-n-drop a major profession (like Leatherworking) to an ABP action button
- Click on that same button
- The Leatherworking UI does not show
Expected behavior
The profession UI should show
