Glow remains on the old button when moving a proc'd spell to a different slot

Describe the bug
When a spell procs (action glow state) and the player decides to move the action button slot to another slot, the action button glow is not cleared on the old slot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go into combat and attack a target unit until a spell proc's (or glows)
  2. After the enemy unit is dead and the player goes out of combat, move the proc'd action button to another slot
  3. Bug: The previous action slot is still glowing. See screenshot below.

Expected behavior
The previous action slot should be in an "empty slot state"
