Rogue Stealth resets usable state of buttons

Describe the bug
When a rogue goes into stealth mode, the actionbarplus buttons go into 'usable' state even when they are not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login with a rogue class
  2. Have actions to an existing actionbarplus bar or Add actions to an actionbarplus bar
  3. Go into stealth mode
  4. Result: The actions go into active state. spells or items that are not in a bag or items the player can't use at that state.

Expected behavior
The buttons should be in their proper state (as shown by blizzard's standard ABP buttons) -- see screenshot below
