Bonus Glow icon is not rendered

Repro

As a mage, cast Flurry on an enemy NPC/Player. When the bonus spell effect is triggered the action button should glow until the bonus effect expires or used.

Should render this glow:

Details

  • As an example, the mage Flurry spell should glow if the bonus effect is triggered
  • Not sure if my terminology is correct in terms of "bonus effects". I will update with the correct term.

This seems to happen on all verisons of WOW on a 3-state action button.
Other Repro: Hunter - Flare, Mage - Blizzard
