Story

As a player, I would like to have a specific "Pick Up Action Key Settings" settings for ActionbarPlus,
so that it is not so confusing for the player when configuring the addon and the configuration is in a central place.

Details

Currently, the addon utilizes the "Pickup Ation Key" in Interface Options/ActionBars.
The settings are "Lock ActionBars" and "Pick Up Action Key" which has a value of either ALT, CTRL or SHIFT key witch SHIFT key as the default.
