Should not have to reload when Updating button size in Options UI

Story: As a player, I want to update the size(width, height) or count (rows, cols) without have to reload World of Warcraft.

Details

  1. Open Options UI with /abp console command
  2. Change the button size (physical dimension)
    • Desired Result: ActionbarPlus buttons will render without having to reload
