New option to auto hide keybind text and index for smaller buttons

Story
- add new option in the general tab to automatically hide keybind text and index for smaller buttons (less than size 35), so that the user has the option to remove these indices for smaller sizes.
Fixed in Release 1.0.1 (2022-Sep-25)
