Describe the bug
Should hide item or charge count when button is too small. Make it part of the Hide countdown numbers on cooldowns settings or hide the numbers automatically.

Additional context

To make the existing option to hide smaller text, the General/Global options verbage is changed

From:

• Hide keybind and index text for smaller buttons
• When checked, this option hides keybind and index text when buttons are smaller than 35 in size

To:

• Hide text for smaller buttons
• When checked, this option hides item count, keybind and index text when buttons are smaller than 35 in size

The option to hide item count now applies to this option.
