Embedding Damage Meter autohide/show doesn't work, sometimes it does hide after the set time but never shows again upon entering combat

I found out that the hide out of combat function works if you wait out the full delay you set up, but if you re-enter combat within this delay it doesn't 'recognize' you being in combat again and continues to hide the frame after the set delay even if you're once again in combat
