Blizzard skins

For whatever reason the blizzard part of addon skins just isn't there for me. Tried reinstalling and what not but came nothing from it. Had to play with the 4.62 version for it to work. Now that it's on the dragonflight client now that option doesnt work either. Is it just an user error or is that part of the addon just removed?
