It seems that the all remaining skins are working properly. From what I've seen so far, the only problem is that this bar appears to have Blizzard's default appearance.

I'm not sure if it's 100% of AddonSkins issue but I still wanted to inform you about this. I hope if will be useful for you

After I delete and re-install the AddOnSkins addon, the problem solved.
