AddOnSkin for ATT is not applying

I wanted to use AddOnSkins to change the texture/temmplate of AllTheThings.
This is not happening.
The addon is loaded and no lua erros apear for either addon.
I've also reported this to AllTheThings here: ATTWoWAddon/AllTheThings#2091
