Weird interaction with RCLootCouncil-3.3.0 as well as Ace3

this weird interaction especially with Ace3 is causing the instance type selector button/dropdown menu to disappear while AddonSkins is loaded. Disabling Ace3 does not solve the issue

fixed by isolating addonskins to only apply to bigwigs
