Not sure what might be causing it, but my brew (Nimble Brew, Fortifying Brew, etc.) spells are always highlighted on my monk.

Open the configuration panel, spell subsection and select one of these spells (by clicking it). The panel should list the rules.

Ah, it seems to be Healing Elixirs.
