The T7 Feral druid talent Lunar inspiration gives your cat form the ability to cast moonfire without switching out of cat form: "Lunar Inspiration gives you the ability to use Moonfire while in Cat Form, causing it to generate 1 Combo Point, deal damage based on your attack power, and cost 30 Energy"

It isn't shown in the configuration interface and has no timer in cat form.

Please enable the debugging tooltip and tell us the spell identifier of Moonfire and the target debuff.
