I hope there is a way to track the current number of stacks of Cold Heart on the Chains of Ice action button. You currently already track the duration of the effect when cast. If we could configure the stacks to be displayed like this,

20 is the number going up from 1 to 20 and 8 is the duration of chains of ice affect on the target. Perhaps even a flash effect once the ability gets to 19 to 20 stacks.
