Immolate and its counterpart for fire and brimstone 348/108686 and conflagate fire and brimstone 108685 do not gain a red highlight boarder, (green fire versions)

not sure if the fire and brimstone counter parts can be done with out taint but wanted to mention them

I am also having an issue where Immolate is not getting any timer at all. Might be related?

This is probably LibPlayerSpells-1.0 issue.

Demo and Affliction have been fixed (this was happening to them), but I didn't have a Destro spec to test the others with. Let me pop on and do that. Expect a PR soon.
