"Earn some money" feature shows wrong cost for the items with vendorable reagents

Well I know it's not a bug, but it still feels like something that must be fixed in some way.
Here's an example of what I'm getting all the time as an inscriber:
Weapon Vellum Reagents:
Ink of the Sea x3 = 6.17g
Resilient Parchment x2 = 7.79g (while it's available for 85s from vendors).
Cost = 13.96g
AH = 12.28g (less than the cost, so it doesn't even show up in the "earn money" list)
While the real Diff is +7.02g.
This way, thanks to the guys who constantly sell items available at vendors on AH for an insane price, half of my profession is dead for the "earn some money" feature. I guess it's an issue for many professions too.
