What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

When I'm in Eversong Woods zone, ATT shows that I have collected an object or a pet, but the item doesn't disappear from the list because the ATT percentage doesn't reach 100%.
For example:
I collected a Toad as a battle pet, but ATT shows a percentage of 83.33%.
Or for the Silvermoon City Tabard, ATT tells me that it's a currency (which is false), that I need 3 of them (also false), and shows a percentage of 25.00%.
ATT also doesn't tell me what this currency is for (or which NPC needs it).

I already tried to refresh the list, but it doesn't change anything.
