several rares need a note since tww, blizzard change how servers works, and checking rares is a waste of time.

What flavo(u)r(s) of WoW are you using?
Retail
What problem are you experiencing that led to this feature request?
Since the release of Tww, if there are 0 players in a zone, that zone becomes inactive and the timers for the rares associated with that zone are reset. So if you have a character camping a rare, logging in and out of that zone only causes the NPCs in that zone to spawn at the time of logging in. The timer for spawning the rare is set to 0, and the minimum time must be met for it to spawn.
This is easily verified with the NPC Time addon.
in the case of the Edge of Reality where all of Draenor resets with 0 players on its maps except for Shadowmoon Valley which was not included in the map resets so that players could still search for the mount.
For example, when logging into Nagrand and talador, all NPCs have been generated for the time I have been in the zone:
but shadowmoon valley:
a lot of rares have updated comments about this:

If someone gives me a brief outline of what the general commentary on these Rares should be, I could start reviewing which rares are partially or fully affected by this change.
I don't think it's ATT's responsibility to check for rare spawn conditions, though other contributors might have other ideas.
ATT is primarily a tool to show you which drops you haven't collected yet, rather than a rare tracking add-on.
Many people use it alongside RareScanner or other add-ons to complete their collections.
