This is working as intended. The addon reports when quests are unflagged.

But shouldn't it generate some kind of print to know what it is detecting?

You mean in a popout like an error report? Hmmm. That's a @ImUnicke question.

I think this is an issue related to the user settings. Not 100% sure but I think you need to uncheck Only 'Unsourced' in Features -> Reporting and you should get a printout of all the quests that are unflagged.

Over 50 quests in one print is just compressed to the count rather than spamming that many lines of individual quest prints at once. So this is fine as is. Not sure it's worth having an option like "Don't summarize numerous Quest completion reports" or something. Typically you don't see it, and if you do, knowing the specific quests isn't really useful.
