yesterday when i updated my druid in dataforazeroth i found 2 things:

my account is from 2014 but now appear the 2009-2010 brew fest quest completed https://www.wowhead.com/quest=13931/another-year-another-souvenir and yesterday i completed https://www.wowhead.com/quest=29397/a-new-supplier-of-souvenirs

i completed only the horde side of the new quests, and alliance quest are marked completed in my alliance alters

Literally, uncountable number of quests complete cross-faction. Also, uncountable number of quests that auto-complete other quests. There are quests that auto-complete quests that were removed in previous expansions...

Here's an example from a few minutes ago.
Completed 11442 and then, 11441 and 11447 (Horde Quest) got completed automatically.

Just take a stroll as an Alliance player through Hinterlands, for example. Completing quests from one faction will complete quests from the other. Nothing we can do about it. And it actually helps us, collectors, in a way where we complete quests on 1 faction and we can obtain opposite faction transmog pieces (if quest has a faction locked appearance).

This is on Blizzard end and has nothing to do with ATT or DFA.
