Issue:
The setting works, but when a new season begins, and all the ratings are reset to 0, users may think that nothing works if the setting is off.

Solution:
I'll warn the users on the "No characters" view that the setting may be disabled.

In the end, this setting should probably be removed as it's a temp. solution until #66 is implemented.
