Issue:
Multiple users have reported that their characters aren't getting saved after using the addon for the first time.
Here are some quotes from the CF comments:

I tried this addon out and I logged int omy 4 characters and it does not remember the io / completed dungeons for any but the current character.
After logging into each char 2-3 times it seems to now track them all accurately. I use elv ui and no addon that surpresses error messages, but received no lua or chat errors.

Just one note: it took me a few relogs between my alts for the data from each one to save properly and be shown on whatever character i was logging on, don't know if that is a bug or intended.

And a suggestion is that it would be great, if possible, if the addon could save the window position after logging out, its defaulting to show on the middle of the screen after every relog.

I have a small bug or something going on with the addon, im not getting any lua errors or anything, and i disabled all other addons and tested, and also reinstalled the addon and tested it, same issue... The issue is that when i log into a toon after having been logged into a different one, and i open alterego, my dungeon info, rating, vault progress, all that is showing fine, except for the character i was just previously logged on, all of the data for the key levels and points i have on that toon, is blank, and it says my M+ rating is 0. and when i log out and onto the toon that was just showing no data, and i open alter ego, the toon that was first showing blank, is filled in with the proper info, but the 2nd toon i had logged onto, is now showing blank, and no matter what toon i log onto, what ever toon i was on previously, shows blank info.

Solution:

• Reset and investigate? This is gonna be a tough one to reproduce maybe.
