When the weekly reset happens, run a task on first login.
The task should do the following for every saved character:

• Set hasAvailableRewards to true if any of the vault slot thresholds are met
• Clear/wipe character.vault.slots
• Mark the task complete and save the next reset timestamp

• Set thisWeek=false on all items in runHistory

• Set raids.kills to false
