When no characters are visible, the game freezes when you move the window.

This bug is still around.
Gotta investigate the framestack.

In a discussion with the WoWUIDev Discord it seems that this could be an issue caused by the highly complex anchor tree.
A suggestion is to anchor and position on the same parent container instead of in relation to other frames.

This is fixed in the next major version.
