I recently installed AnnounceRare and the first couple of days it worked perfectly. However, starting around yesterday or maybe the day before, the /rare command stopped working. I then activated debugging using /rare debug and when I tried using the /rare command again I got the message "Skipping print due to throttle". This message doesn't seem accurate in my case, since this morning I got the same message on the very first attempt I made since logging in. So I know I am not using the function too often.
