The ability to announce rares with their location is great. Yet outside the .X zones there are some mobs with rare drops with a long spawn timer, that I would like to announce in a similar fashion.

E.g. Warbring Mal'Orak in MAsdraxxus.

A command line similar to "/ar2 add target" / " /ar2 add NPCid" and similar "/ar2 remove target" would be awesome.
